• Orders below ₹999 incur a flat ₹79 shipping fee.
• Most orders are handed to courier partners within 2-4 business days, as each piece is made or packed to order by an independent studio.
• Delivery timelines vary by seller location and are shown on each product page where available.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unmarked as final sale, in original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
